Perspective and performance in uncertain times

A message to the SKOB community:

Without doubt we are living in difficult times. How we react to the difficulty is within our control. How we react controls our mood.

We urge everyone in the SKOB community to listen to the attached clip. It comes from Ben Crowe. The players and Committee will remember Ben from his inspiring session at THK last year.

His messages are many and meaningful. They include the following:

We have much to gain out of the current situation. Great leaders will be developed in these difficult times. Those of us who practice acceptance and gratitude will survive the best. The best learnings come from the darkest times. Tough times help unlock humility in individuals.

And finally, life is difficult ... once you accept that fact life becomes easier.
