Mt. Atkinson is a brand new community under construction at Truganina (less than 25kms from the CBD) that will ultimately be home to over 4,200 families.

 

The development will ultimately comprise residential, commercial and retail property aspects as follows:

 

• Australia’s largest residential developer, Stockland, has been appointed by Mount Atkinson Holdings as Project Manager and Delivery Partner for residential development at Mount Atkinson. Stockland will deliver a range of quality housing options in excess of 5,000 homes in a precinct that will focus on walkability, connectivity and sustainability.

 

• A new commercial and employment hub for the region, the Melbourne Business Park™ at Mount Atkinson will be a well-connected business destination delivering over 18,000 jobs in a well serviced, connected and attractive environment.

 

• Mount Atkinson Holdings in conjunction with Scentre Group (owner and operator of Westfield in Australia and New Zealand) has entered into an Agreement to explore the development of the Town Centre retail at Mount Atkinson. The proposed development would include quality shopping, dining and entertainment experience delivered in a vibrant and thriving Town Centre.
